Hanna Nussbaumer

Dancer

Hanna was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Hanna graduated with a BA (Hons) from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London. During her training she performed works by Mark Baldwin, Ross McKim, Wayne Sleep and Kerry Nicholls. In her final year she was invited to dance with the Rambert Dance Company in Itzik Glili’s ‘A Linha Curva,’ as well as being chosen to dance the soloist role in Mark Balwin’s Rite of Spring for the graduate performance. She continued her studies at the at the London School of Contemporary Dance graduating with a Master of Arts Degree (dance).

In 2013 she took up an apprentiship position with Danish Dance theatre where she danced with the company in choreography by Tim Rushton and worked with Örjan Andersson. Hanna joined Norrdans in January 2015.
